Like the Ghost and the Lava, the Pen was born as a collaboration with Danish ceramic artist Louise Gaarmann during a weekend residency in Louise's studio in 2011.
Pen is rustically thrown in earthenware and dipped in many different glazes before being fired to 1040 C in order to retain its bright colours (higher temperatures burn out bright colours).
It is the ideal accessory for the desk space that needs more texture, warmth and a feeling of art studios and painting ateliers.
Each Pen is unique - collect and assemble your own collection for the desk back home.
Hand-thrown in low-fired earthenware clay in Denmark and glazed in our Copenhagen studio
Size: approx 9-10 x 11-12 cm (varies quite a bit)
Please Note: The pen is not water tight and should not be used as a vase.
