We are data controllers for the processing of the personal data that we process about our employees, customers and business partners. You will find our contact information below.

As data controller cf. GDPR, we have the following processing activities:

Visit Website

When you visit our website, we use cookies in order for the website to function, which you can read more about in our cookie policy. You can block cookies at any time in your browser settings, but certain functions on the website may not work correctly without cookies.

Communication with Potential Customers

When you have questions about our site, or want to hear more about our services, you can contact us via:

Through this, we will process your personal data so that we can enter into a dialogue with you, e.g. answer questions about our services. We only process the information that you give us in connection with our communication.

We will typically process the following general information: name, email, telephone number.

Our authority to process this personal data is the data protection regulation's article 6, paragraph 1 letter f. We delete our communication with you when it is clear whether you want our services or not.

Should in a special case arise a need to store your personal data for a longer period of time, this could be the case.

Data

We collect the following data:

  • Information that you have provided yourself – e.g. name, email address, telephone number, information related to accounts you have created, your consents and the like
  • Information collected when using our websites or interactive products or services – e.g. the web browser you use, your IP address and how long you have stayed on our websites, cookie information (if you have allowed cookies) and the like
  • Information about your purchases and other business activities with us – e.g. your purchases, your participation in competitions, your visits to our stores, contact with customer service and the like
  • Information collected from other sources that may be combined with the user account information – e.g. updated delivery information from delivery agents and public sources.

Please note that we do not collect payment information. All payment data is processed securely by authorized third-party payment service providers.

Information that we may have obtained from you:

  • Contact information: your name, email address(es), telephone number, address
  • Demographic information: Gender, date of birth or age, language, title or education, income information, housing information, household size
  • Your status-based eligibility for discounts
  • Information about your account: payment type or method, encrypted password
  • Any kind of consent, communication and feedback that you have given us
  • Personal interest that you yourself have stated
  • Work-related information that you have provided yourself: your company/employer name and contact details
  • Other information collected based on your prior, express and voluntary consent (including public social media profiles).

Information collected through the use of our websites or interactive products or services:

  • Your browser, operating system, device model, IP address, time of access and duration of access
  • Websites through which our website was accessed, pages on our website that you visited, any other actions with our website during your visit to our website (eg interactions, referring websites, search terms)
  • Cookies and other identifiers
  • Marketing information: benefits, promotions and services aimed at or offered to the customer and your use thereof
  • Other information collected based on your consent.
  • Information about your purchases, other transactions with us and participation in promotions
  • Information about orders, deliveries, payment methods, billing address(es), delivery address(es), and other information from any type of business relationship you may have with Studio Arhoj (returns, complaints, discounts received, etc.)
  • Your inquiries to customer service and communication with you
  • Your participation in and interaction with our promotions and competitions

We use third-party service providers for payment processing, where you will be directed to the relevant third-party service provider's website, which is subject to that third-party service provider's terms and conditions. Studio Arhoj does not store credit card information.

Customers

We need to communicate with our customers to ensure that the service is delivered correctly. Through this, we can process information about name, address, services, special agreements, payment information, order history and the like.

Newsletter

We have a newsletter that you can sign up for voluntarily - and you can always unsubscribe from this again. The purpose of the newsletter is to send registered e-mails with new information from the company, which may concern new content on the website, announcements of our services, invitations to events, etc.

We will only send you emails if you have given your active consent to this. It initially requires that you enter your email address, to which we will subsequently send an email, so that you can confirm the registration. In this way, we ensure that you have actually signed up for the newsletter yourself, i.e. given active consent.

Our authority to process your personal data (i.e. the email address) in connection with the newsletter will be the data protection regulation, article 6, paragraph 1 letter a.

We will process your personal data as long as you are still registered for the newsletter. By unsubscribing from the newsletter, we will also stop sending this to you.

If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we will store your now previous consent for 2 years after it was last used due to statute of limitations, cf. Consumer Ombudsman's Spam Guide section 11.3.

Accounting

We must save all accounting documents cf. the Accounting Act. This means that we store invoices and similar attachments for accounting purposes. This may include general personal data such as name, address, service description.

Our authority to process personal data for bookkeeping is Article 6, subsection 1 letter of the data protection regulation. We store this information for a minimum of 5 years after the current financial year has ended.

Job Applications

We gladly accept job applications in order to assess whether they match an employment need in our company. If you send us your job application, our authority to process your personal data is the data protection regulation's article 6, paragraph 1 letter f.

If you have sent an unsolicited application, we will immediately assess whether your application is relevant, and then delete your information again if there is no match. If you have sent an application for an advertised job, we will dispose of your application in the event that you are not hired, and immediately after the right candidate has been found for the job.

If you are part of a recruitment process and/or hired for the job, we will give you separate information about how we process your personal data in this connection.

Data Processors

Few can handle everything by themselves, and the same applies to us. We therefore have business partners and use suppliers, some of whom may be data processors. External suppliers can, for example, provide systems to organize our work, services, consultancy, IT hosting or marketing.

It is our responsibility to ensure that your personal data is processed properly. That is why we make high demands on our business partners, and our partners must guarantee that your personal data is protected. We therefore enter into agreements on this with companies (data processors) who handle personal data on our behalf in order to increase the security of your personal data.

Dissemination of Personal Data

We do not pass on your personal data to third parties.

Profiling and Automated Decisions

We do not make profiling or automated decisions.

Third Country Transfers

We generally use data processors in the EU/EEA, or who store data in the EU/EEA. In some cases this is not possible, and here data processors outside the EU/EEA can be used if they can provide your personal data with adequate protection.

Treatment Safety

We keep the processing of personal data secure by having in place appropriate technical and organizational measures. We have made risk assessments of our processing of personal data, and have subsequently introduced appropriate technical and organizational measures to increase processing security. One of our most important measures is to keep our employees up to date on GDPR, as well as by reviewing our GDPR procedures with employees.

The Rights of the Data Subjects

According to the data protection regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of information about you. If you want to exercise your rights, please contact us so that we can assist you with this.

Right to See Information (right of access)

You have the right to gain insight into the information that we process about you, as well as a range of additional information.

Right to Rectification (rectification)

You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.

Right to Erasure

In special cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our normal general deletion occurs.

Right to Restriction of Processing

In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to have the processing restricted, we may in future only process the information - apart from storage - with your consent, or for the purpose of establishing, asserting or defending legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.

Right to Object

In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data. You can also object to the processing of your data for direct marketing.

Right to Transmit Information (data portability)

In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have this personal data transferred from one data controller to another without hindrance.

Withdrawal of Consent

When our processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent.

Complaint to the Danish Data Protection Authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority if you are dissatisfied with the way we process your personal data. You will find the Data Protection Authority's contact information at www.datatilsynet.dk.

Vores hjemmel til at behandle disse personoplysninger er databeskyttelsesforordningens artikel 6, stk. 1 litra f. Vi sletter vores kommunikation med dig når det står klart om du ønsker vores ydelser eller ej.

Skulle der i et særligt tilfælde opstå et behov for at opbevare dine personoplysninger i længere tid, så vil dette kunne være tilfældet.

Data

Vi indsamler følgende data:

  • Oplysninger, som du selv har angivet – f.eks. navn, e-mailadresse, telefonnummer, oplysninger relateret til konti, du har oprettet, dine samtykker og lignende
  • Oplysninger, som indsamles ved anvendelsen af vores hjemmesider eller interaktive produkter eller tjenesteydelser – f.eks. den webbrowser, du bruger, din IP-adresse, og hvor lang tid du er blevet på vores hjemmesider, cookieoplysninger (hvis du har tilladt cookies) og lignende
  • Oplysninger om dine indkøb og andre forretningsaktiviteter med os – f.eks. dine køb, din deltagelse i konkurrencer, dine besøg i vores butikker, kontakt til kundeservice og lignende
  • Oplysninger indsamlet fra andre kilder, som kan kombineres med brugerkontooplysningerne – f.eks. opdaterede leveringsoplysninger fra leveringsagenter og offentlige kilder.

Bemærk venligst, at vi ikke indsamler betalingsoplysninger. Alle betalingsdata behandles på en sikker måde af autoriserede tredjepartsudbydere af betalingstjenester.

Oplysninger, som vi kan have indhentet hos dig:

  • Kontaktoplysninger: dit navn, e-mailadresse(r), telefonnummer, adresse
  • Demografiske oplysninger: Køn, fødselsdato eller alder, sprog, titel eller uddannelse, oplysninger om indkomst, oplysninger om bolig, husstandens størrelse
  • Din statusbaserede berettigelse til rabatter
  • Oplysninger om din konto: betalingstype eller -metode, krypteret adgangskode
  • Enhver form for samtykke, kommunikation og feedback, som du har givet os
  • Personlig interesse, som du selv har oplyst
  • Arbejdsrelaterede oplysninger, som du selv har oplyst: din virksomheds/arbejdsgivers navn og kontaktoplysninger
  • Andre oplysninger indsamlet på grundlag af dit forudgående, udtrykkelige og frivillige samtykke (herunder offentlige profiler på sociale medier).

Oplysninger, som indsamles ved anvendelsen af vores hjemmesider eller interaktive produkter eller tjenesteydelser:

  • Din browser, operativsystem, enhedsmodel, IP-adresse, adgangstidspunkt og adgangsvarighed
  • Hjemmesider, hvorigennem der er opnået adgang til vores hjemmeside, sider på vores hjemmeside, som du har besøgt, alle andre handlinger med vores hjemmeside under dit besøg på vores hjemmeside (f.eks. interaktioner, henvisende websteder, søgeord)
  • Cookies og andre identifikationsmærker
  • Oplysninger om markedsføring: fordele, kampagner og tjenesteydelser, der er rettet mod eller tilbydes til kunden og din brug heraf
  • Andre oplysninger indsamlet på grundlag af dit samtykke.

Oplysninger om dine indkøb, andre transaktioner hos os og deltagelse i kampagner

  • Oplysninger om bestillinger, leveringer, betalingsmetoder, faktureringsadresse(r), leveringsadresse(r), og andre oplysninger fra enhver form for forretningsmæssige forhold, du måtte have med Studio Arhoj (returnering, reklamationer, modtagne rabatter osv.)
  • Dine henvendelser til kundeservice og kommunikation med dig
  • Din deltagelse i og interaktion med vores kampagner og konkurrencer

Vi anvender tredjepartstjenesteudbydere til betalingsbehandling, hvor du bliver ledt videre til den relevante tredjepartstjenesteudbyders hjemmeside, som er underlagt denne tredjepartstjenesteudbyders vilkår og betingelser. Studio Arhoj gemmer ikke kreditkortoplysninger.

Kunder

Vi har behov for at kommunikere med vores kunder, så vi sikrer os, at ydelsen leveres korrekt. Herigennem kan vi behandle oplysninger om navn, adresse, ydelser, særlige aftaler, betalingsinformationer, ordrehistorik og lignende. 

Nyhedsbrev

Vi har et nyhedsbrev, som det er frivilligt at tilmelde sig – og du kan altid framelde dig dette igen. Formålet med nyhedsbrevet er at sende de tilmeldte mails med ny information fra virksomheden, som kan omhandle nyt indhold på hjemmesiden, annoncering af vores ydelser, invitation til events mm.

Vi vil kun sende dig mails, hvis du har givet dit aktive samtykke til dette. Det kræver i første omgang, at du angiver din mailadresse, som vi efterfølgende sender en mail til, således at du kan bekræfte tilmeldingen. På denne måde, så sikrer vi, at du rent faktisk selv har tilmeldt dig nyhedsbrevet dvs. afgivet aktivt samtykke. 

Vores hjemmel til at behandle dine personoplysninger (dvs. mailadressen) i forbindelse med nyhedsbrevet vil være databeskyttelsesforordningens artikel 6, stk. 1 litra a.

Vi vil behandle dine personoplysninger, så længe at du stadig er tilmeldt nyhedsbrevet. Ved afmeldelse af nyhedsbrevet, så stopper vi også med at sende dette til dig. 

Ved framelding af nyhedsbrevet, så gemmer vi dit nu tidligere samtykke i 2 år efter, at det senest er anvendt pga. forældelseskrav jf. Forbrugerombudsmandens spamvejledning afsnit 11.3. 

Bogføring

Vi skal gemme alle regnskabsbilag jf. bogføringsloven. Det betyder, at vi gemmer fakturaer og lignende bilag til brug for regnskabsføring. Heraf kan der fremgå almindelige personoplysninger som navn, adresse, ydelsesbeskrivelse.

Vores hjemmel til at behandle personoplysninger til bogføringen er databeskyttelsesforordningens artikel 6, stk.1 litra. Vi opbevarer disse oplysninger i minimum 5 år efter at indeværende regnskabsår er afsluttet. 

Jobansøgninger

Vi tager glædeligt imod jobansøgninger med henblik på at vurdere om de matcher et ansættelsesbehov i vores virksomhed. Hvis du sender din jobansøgning til os, så er vores hjemmel til at behandle dine personoplysninger databeskyttelsesforordningens artikel 6, stk. 1 litra f. 

Hvis du har sendt en uopfordret ansøgning, så vil vi med det samme vurdere om din ansøgning er relevant, og herefter slette dine oplysninger igen, hvis der ikke er et match. Hvis du har sendt en ansøgning til et opslået job, så vil vi bortskaffe din ansøgning i det tilfælde, at du ikke ansættes, og umiddelbart efter at den rette kandidat er fundet til jobbet.

Hvis du indgår i et rekrutteringsforløb og/eller ansættes til jobbet, så vil vi give dig særskilt information om hvordan, at vi behandler dine personoplysninger i denne forbindelse. 

Databehandlere

Få kan klare alt selv, og det samme gælder os. Vi har derfor samarbejdspartnere, samt benytter os af leverandører, hvoraf nogle kan være databehandlere. Eksterne leverandører kan eksempelvis levere systemer til at organisere vores arbejde, services, rådgivning, IT-hosting eller markedsføring.

Det er vores ansvar at sikre, at dine personoplysninger behandles ordentligt. Derfor stiller vi høje krav til vores samarbejdspartnere, og vores partnere skal garantere, at dine personoplysninger er beskyttet. Vi indgår derfor aftaler herom med virksomheder (databehandlere), der håndterer personoplysninger på vores vegne for at højne sikkerheden af dine personoplysninger.

Videregivelse af personoplysninger 

Vi videregiver ikke dine personoplysninger til tredjemand.

Profilering og automatiserede afgørelser

Vi foretager ikke profilering eller automatiserede afgørelser.

Tredjelandeoverførsler

Vi benytter som udgangspunkt databehandlere i EU/EØS, eller som opbevarer data i EU/EØS. I nogle tilfælde er dette ikke muligt, og her kan der benyttes databehandlere udenfor EU/EØS, hvis disse kan give dine personoplysninger en passende beskyttelse.

Behandlingssikkerhed

Vi holder behandlingen af personoplysninger sikker ved at have indført passende tekniske og organisatoriske foranstaltninger. Vi har lavet risikovurderinger af vores behandling af personoplysninger, og har herefter indført passende tekniske og organisatoriske foranstaltninger for at øge behandlingssikkerheden. En af vores vigtigste foranstaltninger er at holde vores medarbejdere opdaterede om GDPR, samt ved at gennemgå vores GDPR-procedurer med medarbejderne. 

De registreredes rettigheder

Du har efter databeskyttelsesforordningen en række rettigheder i forhold til vores behandling af oplysninger om dig. Hvis du vil gøre brug af dine rettigheder, skal du kontakte os, så vi kan hjælpe dig med dette.

Ret til at se oplysninger (indsigtsret)

Du har ret til at få indsigt i de oplysninger, som vi behandler om dig, samt en række yderligere oplysninger.

Ret til berigtigelse (rettelse)

Du har ret til at få urigtige oplysninger om dig selv rettet.

Ret til sletning

I særlige tilfælde har du ret til at få slettet oplysninger om dig, inden tidspunktet for vores almindelige generelle sletning indtræffer.

Ret til begrænsning af behandling

Du har i visse tilfælde ret til at få behandlingen af dine personoplysninger begrænset. Hvis du har ret til at få begrænset behandlingen, må vi fremover kun behandle oplysningerne – bortset fra opbevaring – med dit samtykke, eller med henblik på at retskrav kan fastlægges, gøres gældende eller forsvares, eller for at beskytte en person eller vigtige samfundsinteresser.

Ret til indsigelse

Du har i visse tilfælde ret til at gøre indsigelse mod vores ellers lovlige behandling af dine personoplysninger. Du kan også gøre indsigelse mod behandling af dine oplysninger til direkte markedsføring.

Ret til at transmittere oplysninger (dataportabilitet)

Du har i visse tilfælde ret til at modtage dine personoplysninger i et struktureret, almindeligt anvendt og maskinlæsbart format samt at få overført disse personoplysninger fra én dataansvarlig til en anden uden hindring.

Tilbagetrækning af samtykke

Når vores behandling af dine personoplysninger er baseret på dit samtykke, så har du ret til at trække dit samtykke tilbage. 

Klage til Datatilsynet

Du har ret til at indgive en klage til Datatilsynet, hvis du er utilfreds med den måde, vi behandler dine personoplysninger på. Du finder Datatilsynets kontaktoplysninger på www.datatilsynet.dk.
